Birthday Party FAQs

Everything you need to know about planning your Safari Run birthday party, from timing and guests to food, policies, and what to expect.

Monkey 1 parties last 1 hour and 40 minutes. Monkey 2–4 parties last up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. A Party Planner will contact you the Sunday before your party.
Play time, party room time, staff support, setup and cleanup, and party supplies. Arcade time is included with Monkey 2–4.
Yes. Your party is private and exclusive to you and your guests.
Up to 45 total guests, including children and adults. Packages include 20 children, with options to add more. The maximum number of children is 30.
Guests beyond the maximum cannot be accommodated due to safety limits. Exceeding limits may result in a service charge or party interruption.
The birthday family should arrive 10–15 minutes early. Guests should arrive about 5 minutes early. Street parking is available.
Staff help guide play and manage the party flow. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.
You may bring a cake and up to two cold side dishes, ready to serve. No outside drinks, heated food, or precooked dishes are allowed. Contact us with questions ahead of time.
Yes. Safari Run is a peanut-free facility. Outside heated food, seafood, sushi, and precooked dishes are not permitted.
A Party Planner will contact you the Sunday before your party. Orders are due by Thursday at noon.
Yes. Socks are required at all times. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
Children may be dropped off only with a completed party waiver. Safari Run staff are not responsible for individual child supervision.
Yes. You may bring your own decorations or goodie bags, or purchase them through Safari Run.
One date or time change is allowed up to 30 days before your party. Deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, with prior manager approval. Arcade use for shows requires a Monkey 2–4 package.
Yes. Special food is allowed for those children with prior approval. Please contact us in advance.
Yes. Safari Run is a peanut-free facility and does not allow peanuts on the premises.
No. Party timing is fixed and cannot be adjusted between areas.
Yes. Up to two birthday children are included. A third may be added for an additional fee.
No. Piñatas and alcohol are not permitted.
Yes. You may bring decorations, and our team can help with simple setup. Families may enter the party room about 10 minutes early. To avoid missing play time or photos, we recommend taking pictures during play. Setup support is provided as long as decorations are not excessive and allow staff time to prepare food and drink set up.
Safari Run staff handles standard cleanup. Families are responsible for taking home personal items, leftover food, and decorations.
Yes. Gratuities are always appreciated and shared among the staff who helped with your party.
Party timing begins as scheduled and cannot be extended for late arrivals. We recommend arriving on time so everyone can enjoy the full experience.
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. A 3% fee applies to credit cards only. Checks are not accepted.
Trained service dogs required for individuals with disabilities are permitted. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
